The girls open up about how easy it is to compare yourself to others in this field and feel like you’re falling behind. It’s something that hits hard, but trust me when I say—everyone is in their own lane. I remind them (and all of you!) that with focus, hard work, and dedication, you’ll get to where you want to be.
